Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience in Unix Scripting, Oracle Performance Tuning, Unix Commands, Oracle PL / SQL, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Forms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and, preferably, experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Unix scripts to automate processes.
- Provide expertise in Oracle Performance Tuning to optimize database performance.
- Utilize Unix Commands to manage and monitor system operations.
- Develop and maintain Oracle PL / SQL code for application functionality.
- Design and develop Oracle Forms for user interface requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all technical activities.
