- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and optimization. - Manage the deployment and maintenance of applications in a hybrid work model, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategies, aligning with the companys long-term goals.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
