What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cyara Testing / IVR Testing position at Cognizant Technology Solutions?
• Minimum experience 3-7 in Cyara testing
• Strong QA background with previous experience on Contact Center platform and specifically in Genesys from an agent routing perspective.
• Prior experience and strong background needed on Cyara automation tool for IVR testing. Also good to have exposure to other tools such as Hammer, JMeter etc.
• Knowledge of performance testing will be an added advantage for the associate.
• Experience in test data setup and test case designing and planning.
• Very strong in fundamental concepts in Genesys Framework and CIM concepts.
• Expertise in Genesys CC Pulse/Pulse and agent
• Minimum experience 3-7 in Cyara testing
• Cyara certification is an added advantage
