Microsoft Power Platform - Architect
Design & Architecture:
Define and document the overall architecture for Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including data models, workflows, integrations, and security.
Design and develop complex Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to meet business requirements.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines for Power Platform development.
Development and Implementation:
Lead the development team in building high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly MS Power Platform solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform applications.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Governance and Maintenance:
Establish and enforce governance policies and standards for Power Platform development and usage.
Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and manage environments.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency and hands on exp in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience in Power Platform enablement, scaling, security, administration and governance especially in regulated industries
- Solution design experience across but not limited to all Microsoft technologies
- Experience in migrating from existing RPA technologies to Power Automate Desktop is good to have
- Deep understanding of data modeling, integration techniques, and API development.
- Experience in designing and developing complex business applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management is a plus
- Experience in deploying and maintaining CoE Starter Kit is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in RPA tools (including Power Platform)
- Overall 10 years of relevant experience on solutioning and implementing solutions
Technical knowledge/skills:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas/model-driven apps, SharePoint, Power BI, Dataverse)
- Relational databases (design/SQL/tuning)
- Web APIs (SOAP/REST)
- Tooling (GIT/JIRA/Azure DevOps)
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL500)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL600)
