Operations Manager Video Engineering
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our IT team, specializing in video engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of video engineering projects.
Location - Denver, CO
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Oversight : Manage day-to-day operations of the video engineering department, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of video engineers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Project Coordination : Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Quality Assurance : Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all video engineering outputs meet the highest standards.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Reporting : Provide regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

The annual salary for this position is between $60,325.00 to $109,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
