Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP MM Analyst who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Functional Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in S/4 HANA Goods issue and GR SAP Yard and Resource Management and SAP Value Added Services. Experience in the Online and Hi-Tech domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation and optimization of S/4 HANA Goods issue and GR processes.
* Oversee the integration and management of SAP Yard and Resource Management systems.
* Provide expertise in SAP Value Added Services to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
* Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
* Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
* Train and support end-users to maximize system utilization.
* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
* Participate in project planning and execution to meet business objectives.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
* Possess strong expertise in S/4 HANA Goods issue and GR processes.
* Have extensive experience with SAP Yard and Resource Management.
* Demonstrate proficiency in SAP Value Added Services.
* Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
* Have experience in the Online and Hi-Tech domains (nice to have).
* Display excellent communication and documentation skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between 90,000 - 116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
