We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to successful completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive project success across various domains, including IT, business transformation, or infrastructure development.

Responsibilities :

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders, to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that detail timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Establish project baselines, track project progress, and manage any scope changes through formal change control processes.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver the project according to the approved scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Assign tasks, provide clear direction, and ensure that team members have the necessary resources to execute their work.
• Promote a collaborative team environment, fostering effective communication and accountability.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Manage expectations and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients / vendors.
• Identify project risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Escalate risks and issues to senior management when necessary, ensuring proper action is taken to minimize impacts to timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.
• Track expenditures, resource utilization, and overall cost performance against the budget.
• Optimize resource allocation, balancing competing demands for both human and material resources.
• Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Establish processes for quality assurance, conduct regular reviews, and make adjustments to ensure project outputs are on target.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and meeting minutes.
• Provide detailed reports and presentations on project progress to stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.
• Document lessons learned during the project and share best practices with the organization.
