Skills : Java, J2EE, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, and Microservices, AWS.
Job Locations : Charlotte, NC
Key Responsibilities :
- Mentor a team of 4 developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Architect and implement solutions on AWS, utilizing services such as Lambda, Containers, API Gateways, and Terraform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
