The Role
Our Banking & Financial Services Consulting group is looking for a Consulting Manager to join our journey. We’re looking for someone who is experienced with commercial lending origination platforms such as nCino, Finastra or Similar. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing deep subject matter expertise in commercial lending.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of commercial loan products, a strong analytical background, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and technology solutions. This is a key role that combines business strategy with technical expertise to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of lending systems in loan originations.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.
- Advise client stakeholders and support ideation and creation of roadmap
- Provide deep subject matter expertise in commercial lending.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of commercial lending origination systems.
- Ensure that systems are robust, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop reports and dashboards for tracking loan performance and key business metrics.
- Accountable for overall quality and consistency of requirements.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices.
- 7 years of experience in Commercial Lending originations with 3 years in leadership role
- Experience taking detailed requirements directly from client, including functional, non-functional and technical requirements.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial lending processes and regulations.
- Proven experience in system development and project management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership and technical teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with commercial lending origination platforms such as nCino, Finastra, or similar systems.
- Experience in regulatory compliance in commercial lending.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and data integration technologies.
