About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on support for network, server, and conferencing teams. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot required client software and hardware, whether onsite or remotely. Additionally, you will analyze, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of PC & MacOS problems related to hardware and software. You will also assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes and provide technical support for events, video conferencing, and audio/visual setups.
