Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 14 years of experience specializing in Pega technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Mobility Pega Case Management Pega Marketing and PEGA Decision Hub. The role requires domain experience in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of Pega solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on Pega best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Pega projects.
- Develop and maintain Pega applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Integrate Pega solutions with existing systems and third-party applications.
- Ensure compliance with governance risk and compliance standards in Pega implementations.
- Optimize Pega applications for user experience and mobility.
- Implement Pega case management and decision hub functionalities to enhance business processes.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Pega applications making necessary improvements.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Pega applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
- Demonstrate expertise in Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Mobility.
- Have a strong understanding of Pega Case Management Pega Marketing and PEGA Decision Hub.
- Show proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting domains.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications Required
Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) or equivalent certification.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 2/19/25.
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 - $185,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
