Qualifications
10 years of experience in Software Testing
Bachelors degree in Computer science
Experience in leading a team of automation engineers
Roles & Responsibilities
Test planning: Create a test plan and strategy that's tailored to the project's needs
Test execution: Oversee the testing process, from planning to execution to reporting
Requirement analysis: Analyze requirements and estimate the time needed for testing
Communication: Communicate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project goals
Leadership: Inspire the team, foster cooperation, and ensure everyone is working towards the same goal
Project management: Share requirements with the project manager and collaborate with other stakeholders
Problem solving: Be able to resolve problems quickly
Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and motivate the testing team, providing guidance and support to individual testers. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
