Responsibilities
- The Agile Coach will work closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation. As an advocate for agile principles and practices, the Agile Coach will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation, increasing productivity, and delivering value to our customers.
- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) and adapting them to organizational needs
- Proactively identifies and resolves complex organizational impediments that hinder team and organizational agility
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, facilitating effective collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP),SAFe® Scrum Master 6.0 certification (SSM) or equivalent agile certifications is preferred but not required.
- 5 years of experience in agile coaching, transformation, and leadership roles within a technology-driven environment required. Previous experience in product management is a plus!
- Proven track record of successfully coaching teams and organizations in adopting and scaling agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and their application in diverse organizational contexts.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and create high-performing agile teams and cultures.
- Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools preferred.
- Passion for continuous learning, improvement, and personal development in the agile coaching domain.
