Sr. Quality Test Engineer (Onsite)
Onsite Location : Goodlettsville, TN
Qualifications
- Thanks A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 6-9 years of experience in software testing.
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues promptly
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure consistent quality standards and timely project delivery.
- Conduct hands-on testing to ensure product quality.
- Develop automated scripts and maintain regression scripts
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the final product meets expectations.
- Lead a specific pod within the QA organization, ensuring it meets quality and delivery targets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the pod and monitor its performance.
