Overview: As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful organizational transformations through the effective management of change initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing business performance and ensuring employee engagement and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
Location: Local MD resource – Baltimore, Annapolis
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials to facilitate change adoption.
- Provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports transition through change.
- Conduct evaluations and ensure user readiness, training, and communication effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in organizational change management, project management, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, organizational development, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven ability to manage change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Experience in large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Knowledge of diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart
- Experience with change management software and tools.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
