Overview: As a PMO Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting project management and governance. You will ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the project by providing essential support to project managers, tracking project performance, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Execute and support day-to-day project management activities.
- Build and manage the project workplan.
- Provides documentation and analysis support.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining the Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions (RAID) Log.
- Capture meeting minutes.
- Support program governance activities, including weekly status meetings and reports and Steering Committee meetings.
- Support development of materials and participate in weekly status reporting and monthly Steering Committee Meetings.
- Provide communication and status reporting support throughout the project.
- Support the execution of process and strategy improvements related to project management and governance using project management best practices and methodologies.
- Manage the enablement and implementation of project management applications and tools.
- Serve as a key resource and team member on projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of results.
- Review and quality-check project deliverables, providing direction and training to project teams as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in project management or in a PMO role.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, operations analysis, or a related field from an accredited college/university; CAPM, PMP or similar certification is preferred.
- Functional knowledge and hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong data analysis and process mapping skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management software and applications such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or similar applications.
- Ability to lead and manage using agile project management frameworks and utilize related tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment, delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
