We are seeking a Part-Time Property Management Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks, tenant relations, and property maintenance coordination, as well as reaching out to property owner leads. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests, schedule repairs, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate growth by reaching out to new property owner leads.
- Assist with preparing lease documents, notices, and other property-related paperwork.
- Maintain tenant and property files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support marketing efforts for vacant properties, including posting listings and scheduling showings.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the property management team.
