We are partnered with a leading organization within the luxury real estate and hospitality industry located in Park City, UT, and they are seeking to fill a Construction Superintendent position for its development and construction arm within one of its largest business units.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to join our Client's growing team in Park City. With significant investments driving a diverse portfolio of high-end commercial projects - including Class A office buildings, luxury hospitality, and premier retail spaces - we need a proven leader to oversee construction operations on-site. This role is critical in delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality control, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage schedules, site logistics, and problem-solving in real time.
- Conduct regular progress meetings, reporting on milestones and addressing any challenges.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale, high-end commercial projects (Class A office, luxury hospitality, premium retail, etc.).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and project execution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
- OSHA certification preferred.
