The Roving Maintenance Supervisor focuses on leadership, property maintenance, and team management. They are responsible for ensuring customer and team member fulfillment by leading and managing our Roving Maintenance Team. Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating responses to resident requests, managing budgets, and ensuring team adherence to maintenance procedures. The Roving Maintenance Supervisor also leads safety meetings, conducts staff training, schedules on-call emergencies, and oversees capital improvements. Additionally, the role involves inventory control, contractor oversight, and maintaining property aesthetics to ensure a high standard of living for residents.
Qualifications
- HVAC Certification
- Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical maintenance experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% (all expenses covered)
- Supervisor Experience
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic tools required, including personal smart phone technology.
Compensation* $33 - $35
- Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
