Accounting Manager

Job Title : Accounting & Operations Manager

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Operations to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the COO and working closely with senior leadership, this role is essential to supporting the growth of our commercial real estate investment portfolio. The ideal candidate will excel in accounting, operational management, and compliance, while also contributing to investor relations and marketing efforts.

This is an on-site position - remote option not available.

Key Responsibilities :

• Treasury and Accounting : Oversee treasury functions, perform bookkeeping and financial reporting, ensure tax and compliance filings, and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Office Operations : Develop office policies, manage calendars and schedules, maintain IT infrastructure, and oversee organizational documents and administrative tasks.
• Investor Relations : Handle investor distribution calculations, payments, and assist with investor communications.
• Transaction Management : Support acquisition and disposition processes, coordinate property files, and integrate assets into internal systems.
• Marketing and Website Oversight : Collaborate on website updates, property descriptions, and marketing materials.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years’ experience in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience in treasury management or corporate accounting preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
