Inventory and Formulation Processor

Position Description

This position will support the Inventory and Formulation processes by maintaining accurate book inventories, creating and organizing formulation documents.

Responsibilities

Inventory

·       Enter production in system, and issue all components used in work orders reported on the Daily Production Report.

·       Post all daily shipments in system as reported in the Shipping Report by issuing all shipments in the Daily Shipping Report.

·       Generate daily Finished Goods Report.

·       Exports all finished goods shipments daily from inventory system into an Excel database.

·       Moves components in system from location in warehouse to production.

·       Moves the returns to location after production in system.

·       Runs end of job report to check for order completion.

·       Enter expiration dates in the system for all customer bulk materials.

·       Back up for Inventory Control Manager if requested. (some functions)

Formulation

·       Creates batch sheets for both laboratory and production.

·       Maintains batch record database.

·       Generates and issues Cohere SDSs for blended material.

·       Creates ingredient lists for customers.

·       Assists in procurement of brand-new chemicals as per customer requirements.

·       Assists with attaining regulatory data.

Purchasing

·       Complete purchasing related tasks if/when assigned.
