The Assurance group is seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead the development of innovative personal care products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in formulation and new technology development.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in developing formulations of hair care & cosmetic products
- Strong people and department management experience
- Able to contribute to strategy and pipeline development based on benefit and risk
- Experience with contract manufacturing or high-volume production of cosmetic formulations
The R&D Manager will work closely with process engineering and manufacturing teams to achieve company goals. Strong leadership experience and interfacing skills are essential for this role.
The selected candidate will have a BS/MS degree in science or related discipline, along with 10 years' experience in R&D within a contract packaging manufacturing company. Must have formulation experience.
