Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the health and wellness of residents within the community by directing and monitoring the nursing team.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services for residents.
- Complete all required training within the designated timeframe, including Sunrise University training and training mandated by regulatory authorities.
- Partner with Neighborhood Coordinators to promote an integrated approach to wellness operations and resident care.
Requirements:
- A graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum two years of RN experience; at least one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environments is preferred.
- At least one year of nursing management experience, encompassing hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
