Primary Duties & Responsibilities Machine set-up and operation
- Perform initial programming and set-up of machine for standard orders.
Requires selecting appropriate tooling to complete the job.
Performing tool and pad corrections and machine adjustments as needed to achieve the desired results.
Takes precautions to protect optics during handling and measuring.
Coordinates with engineering to ensure measurement technique is in alignment with QA.

Understand and follow all work instructions and documented procedures.
Must be able to read all drawings and SODA files to determine part requirements.
Must utilize prescribed metrology methods to verify all work meets print.
Inspect all product for workmanship and to ensure it meets finish requirements.
Responsible for set-up of new and existing jobs.
