Summer internship to help with ion implantation engineering endeavors, simulation, process, and equipment. Helps with engineering endeavor, processing, and equipment.
Performs from tool qualification to wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices.
Operates equipment in performing ion implantation.
Performs job function in compliance with Corporate Safety Standards and in support of the Corporate Quality Policy and key Quality objectives. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Tool - Becomes familiar with ion implanters and processing equipment, with becoming certified on at least two toolsets and the associated metrology equipment.
Performs and verifies equipment set-ups and qualifications on more than two toolsets without supervision.
Reads interpret and act on job-related charts, graphs, metrics, and specifications.
Formulates a plan to meet production goals.
Initiates projects and activities in a team environment.
Relevant work and / or research is preferred in the areas wafer fab device fabrication and ion implantation engineering. Skills
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
