Do you have experience as a Receptionist? If so, Coherent Staffing would like for you to join our team!

Rate : $15 / hour

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Provide customer service to new hires and interested candidates.
  • Scheduling new hires for physicals and processing appointments.
  • Roll fingerprints for new hires.
  • Scan documents and answer phones.
  • Other clerical duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience working in an office and using office equipment
  • Customer service, office and / or call center experience
  • High school diploma / GED, College Degree and / or some college credits
