Description : SUMMARY :
Develops and oversees implementation and achievement of business objectives; provides positive leadership, strategic direction, and vision.
Requirements :
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Establishes strategic and financial goals and objectives; leads management team in implementation and achievement of these goals.
Defines and builds successful management team committed to the business objectives; instills excitement, mission, and motivation in management team.
Builds creative and effective sales, marketing, and public relations programs for company’s products.
Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of company and departmental policies and procedures.
Oversees the company’s financial planning and controls; oversees preparation and maintenance of all operating and capital budgets.
Reviews and analyzes operational reports to ensure company is achieving goals and objectives; develops and implements corrective measures as required.
Seeks feedback from management team to analyze internal workflows and organizational development and continually develop improvements; ensures communication and information flow throughout the organization is efficiently managed to provide all employees and managers with current, pertinent, job-related information.
Prepares all required reports and correspondence.
Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, develops and mentors management team; oversees establishment of effective schedules and workflow.
Assigns objectives and monitors quality of work; assures management team conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.
Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of management team; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Directly supervises some employees within all department(s).
Indirectly supervises all employees within all department(s).
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems .
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in related field or equivalent; MBA preferred.
Six to eight years related experience or equivalent
Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks
Ability to work with all levels of management
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing
priorities with enthusiasm
Proficient on Microsoft Office programs
Proven leadership and business acumen skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
