Responsibilities:

The Administrator is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the facility, including:

  • Focusing on regulatory requirements regulatory compliance

  • Fiscal management collections from multiple payors

  • Oversight of all departments

  • Staff recruitment and retention

  • Marketing - including a willingness to be a prominent presence with involvement within the community census development

  • 3 Cs - compliance, compliance and census

Successful candidate must have excellent management skills and must be a "people" person as we are a "people" service industry. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and will be a positive impactful presence in the facility.

Requirements: 2 years Long-Term Care experience

  • Nursing Home Administrator's License

  • Experience in labor relations management
