Salary : $35-$40 HOURLY
Coinbase Wallet is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring that all customer transactions are accurately recorded, and that funds are received on time. You will play an integral role in maintaining the companys cash flow and financial health.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process incoming payments from customers and ensure they are accurately recorded in the financial system.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the sales, customer support, and finance teams to address any billing or payment-related issues.
- Generate and send customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment terms.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all receivables are properly accounted for.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of accounts receivable and outstanding payments.
