Coinbase is looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our Wallet team. In this role, youll be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service, support, and guidance throughout their cryptocurrency investments and wallet management journey. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide insights on cryptocurrency markets, and ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to clients for cryptocurrency transactions, wallet management, and fund conversions (e.g., BTC to ETH).
- Proactively monitor client accounts, ensuring that their purchasing activities and digital wallets are operating smoothly and securely.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to cryptocurrency transactions, purchasing, and wallet operations.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure precise transaction records and reporting for clients.
- Deliver personalized support to clients, offering insights on market trends and helping them make informed decisions regarding their investments.
- Support the development and execution of customer success programs that improve overall client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving client issues, escalating technical or complex concerns to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Help shape the client experience by providing feedback to product and operations teams, ensuring customer needs are met.
