Position Summary
As a Project Manager at COIT Services, Inc., you will oversee property restoration projects, ensuring clients' properties are protected from further damage and restored to pre-loss condition with the highest quality standards. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, coordinate with teams, and serve as a vital point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relations
- Serve as a professional and courteous ambassador for COIT Services, Inc.
- Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle customer concerns promptly, ensuring mutually satisfactory resolutions.
Project Oversight
- Supervise and manage all aspects of restoration projects, from order entry to final inspection.
- Utilize Xactimate software for accurate estimating and billing.
- Track job progress, including material orders, timelines, and crew performance.
- Conduct on-site visits and inspections to maintain quality standards.
Team Leadership
- Train, mentor, and supervise technicians to ensure excellence in workmanship.
- Ensure all team members maintain certifications and comply with industry standards.
- Oversee marketers' activities, ensuring effective outreach and follow-up efforts.
Operational Excellence
- Manage incoming calls and dispatch crews efficiently.
- Oversee billing processes, accounts receivable, and aging reports.
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure timely completion of jobs.
What You Bring to the Team
- Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in property restoration or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Xactimate or similar restoration software.
