Graphic Designer

Position Summary

Coker University seeks a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of publication layout, organizational branding, and professional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). This role will involve designing a wide range of materials that enhance the university's brand, including print publications, digital assets, and promotional items.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality print and digital publications, including brochures, flyers, event programs, newsletters, and other collateral.
• Ensure consistency with Coker University's branding and visual identity guidelines across all materials.
• Collaborate with various departments to create marketing materials that support recruitment, fundraising, and university awareness campaigns.
• Manage the layout, design, and production process for university publications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of content.
• Work with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to produce materials that meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in the creation of digital assets for the university website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Stay current with design trends and technology advancements to ensure Coker's materials remain innovative and engaging.
• Oversee graphic design interns from Coker University's undergraduate graphic design program
