Col Solare Winery is seeking a highly skilled Cellar and Vineyard Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our cellar and vineyard operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of sanitation in production work areas, assisting with wine tracking, and tasting fermentations with the winemaking team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest level of sanitation in production work areas
- Assist with wine tracking using Vintrace Software and Microsoft Excel
- Taste fermentations with winemaking team periodically to understand different fermentation management techniques and identify wine faults
Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree in Enology, Chemistry, Engineering, or other related field
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to work in cold and wet conditions
