**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals
- Participate in all aspects of harvest cellar activities including:
- Equipment maintenance and sanitation
- Crush equipment operation and cleaning
- Work order completion
- Punch downs, pump overs, and additions to musts and wines
- Racking and wine transfer
- Barrel work on metal racks
- Tank draining, pomace digging, and pressing
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Previous harvest experience preferred but not required
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work in cold and wet conditions
- Capacity to bend, squat, and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to climb stairs, catwalks, and ladders
