Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator we are seeking is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide operational and administrative support to the OpCo President.
This early-career role requires a solid foundation in administrative duties, procurement, data analytics, project management, and/or consulting, along with a strong academic background in data analysis, math, and/or operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project schedules, procurement processes, inventory updates, and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking.
- Be involved in sales handoff processes and provide support with ERP management and coordination as the system is implemented.
- Support HR-related administrative duties, as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Provide administrative support to the OpCo President.
- Coordinate project management tasks and sales handoff from PO/Order Acknowledgement to Engineering, including customer communications and project progress tracking.
- Manage schedules and timelines for key initiatives, customer projects.
- Support procurement processes and inventory updates.
- Track and manage work-in-progress (WIP) updates.
- Assist with ERP management/coordinator/initiation.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
