Position Summary :
The Operations Coordinator we are seeking is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide operational and administrative support to the OpCo President. This early-career role requires a solid foundation in procurement, data analytics, project management, and / or consulting, along with a strong academic background in engineering, math, or operations management. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and team player, capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating project schedules, procurement processes, inventory updates, and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking. You will also be involved in sales handoff processes and provide support with ERP management and coordination as the system is implemented. This is a dynamic role designed for someone eager to contribute to the growth and efficiency of the organization while gaining valuable experience in operations and leadership support.
Essential Functions :
- Provide administrative support to the OpCo President
- Coordinate project management tasks and sales handoff from PO / OA
- Manage schedules and timelines for key initiatives
- Oversee procurement processes and inventory updates
- Track and manage work-in-progress (WIP) and assist with ERP management / coordination
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
