Job Description:
Colanar is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to the OpCo President. This early-career role requires a solid foundation in administrative duties, procurement, data analytics, project management, and/or consulting, along with a strong academic background in data analysis, math, and/or operations management.
The ideal candidate will be a strong proactive communicator and team player, capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating project schedules, procurement processes, inventory updates, and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the OpCo President
- Coordinate project management tasks and sales handoff from PO/ Order Acknowledgement to Engineering, including customer communications and project progress tracking
- Manage schedules and timelines for key initiatives, customer projects
- Support procurement processes and inventory updates
- Track and manage work-in-progress (WIP) updates
- Assist with ERP management/coordination/implementation
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
