Essential Functions:
- Provide administrative support to the OpCo President
- Coordinate project management tasks and sales handoff from PO/OA
- Manage schedules and timelines for key initiatives
- Oversee procurement processes and inventory updates
- Track and manage work-in-progress (WIP) and assist with ERP management/coordination
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with ERP systems or willingness to learn and coordinate ERP-related tasks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
