Key Account Manager - North America (Mass Market Channel)
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and organized professional to drive business growth in key accounts within the Mass Market sector. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the North American Mass Channel retail landscape and established relationships with key decision-makers at retailers and distributors.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead internal infrastructure and process requirements to effectively cater to the mass market sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, production, marketing, and finance, to align on account strategies and operational execution.
- Develop and execute account strategies in line with larger organizational objectives and market trends.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business development opportunities that complement brand activity.
- Partner with the account to grow their business through account Brand goals and business plan, as well as continually maximizing and managing ROI.
Essential Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability, ROI, and budget goals.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
