HRI is seeking qualified applicants for a position within our company located in the Central Pennsylvania area. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner with the Sr. Operations team and Controller to analyze profitability for decision making support to optimize organization performance. Job Summary

HRI is seeking qualified applicants for a position within our company located in the Central Pennsylvania area. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner with the Sr. Operations team and Controller to analyze profitability for decision making support to optimize organization performance. The individual should be a motivated team player who can maintain efficiency and accuracy when multitasking.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare financial budgets
- Responsible for closing processes
- Ensure internal controls
- Assist in coordinating the financial activities of the company including accounting staff
- Assist with research, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
- Prepare financial reports
- Review time reporting and weekly payroll
- File and remit sales and use tax
- Assist with external audits
- Overseeing manufacturing and JCA for the company
- Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned
- Preferred degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Minium 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- CPA, CMA, or CCIFP preferred
- Proficient in standard software, and computer skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and ethics
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
- A team-first mentality and eagerness to set and meet aggressive goals
- Wears and maintains personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by Company safety guidelines
- Regularly required to use hands to move and manipulate objects
- Regularly required to communicate (talk and hear)
- Required to work varying hours, including nights/weekends as needed
- Able to travel on occasion for company meetings/functions
