Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will be able to maximize room revenue and occupancy while maintaining a friendly and service-oriented approach to all guests and co curators.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager in daily operations
• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy
• Listen, understand, and clarify concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
• Work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions
• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
Requirements
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel front desk position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
