Customs Division Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Division Manager to oversee operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the division run smoothly while adhering to industry regulations and standards. Duties

• Lead and manage the division's daily operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA, FDA regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and logistics management.
• Oversee risk management processes to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and review reports related to regulatory compliance and operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance transportation management practices.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders regarding freight operations.
• Monitor compliance management activities to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on safety protocols, compliance requirements, and best practices in logistics.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in supply chain management, including logistics and transportation management.
• Proficient in risk management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations related to product handling and distribution.
• Excellent report writing skills for regulatory reporting purposes.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
