Job Title: National Bolt Maker Operator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Shift: Day shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 5:00AM-3PM, 5 days per week)
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified National Bolt Maker Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating multiple National Bolt Maker machines, including:
- National 56 2 Die 3 Blow
- National 89 2 Die 3 Blow
- National 56 1 Die 2 Blow
- National 1012 2 Die 3 Blow
As an integral member of our production team, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by utilizing your expertise in blueprint reading, operating precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers, and ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in bolt production.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain National Bolt Maker machines to produce bolts according to production specifications.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately produce bolts that meet design specifications.
Precision Measurement: Utilize micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure product quality and conformance to required standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently.
Quality Control: Monitor and inspect the quality of the bolts being produced, ensuring all products meet industry and company standards.
Collaboration: Work with team members to optimize production processes, improve operational efficiency, and resolve production issues as they arise.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
