The mission of the HR department is to provide services and support to enable employees to perform their research and jobs in the most productive and creative manner.
The CHRO will guide the strategy, vision, and operations of the HR function, focusing on execution and ongoing improvement of systems, processes, and policies based on HR trends, best practices, and legal compliance.

Requirements
- 10 years of hands-on HR leadership

- Education (Bachelor's degree required, M.B.A. or M.A. preferred)
- SHRM-SCP certification required
Candidates are expected to be equipped with $180,000 - $220,000 salary per annum, taking into consideration the New York region cost of living.
