What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Opener position at Cold Stone Creamery?
Overview:
Cold Stone Creamery is the ultimate ice cream experience, and working with ice cream is fun! PAY starts at $14/hour
We are seeking an Opening Shift Leader who will open and setup the store. As an opener you will be responsible for creating delicious ice cream, setting up the stone, running the basic inventory and serve the customers. The shift will typically run between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (Weekends also available) with flexible hours. It does not get as busy in the morning until 2pm so you will mainly doing all the prep work.
Must be able to lift 20 pounds. If you have a love for ice cream and enjoy working behind the scenes, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Serve Customers
- Prepare a variety of ice cream flavors
- Operate ice cream making equipment
- Assist in building our ice cream cakes / BOH Prepping - Follow recipes and ensure consistency in flavor and texture
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
