Duties

- Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Assist in payroll management to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively.
- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Maintain effective phone etiquette while handling customer calls and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements
