- Utilize internal software to identify outstanding accounts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be productive without oversight
- Basic understanding of office software and procedures
Responsibilities for Billing Assistant/Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Email invoices to clients
- Contact delinquent customers via email and/or phone calls.
- Eventually preparing invoices to be sent to customers.
- Resolving billing enquiries, delayed payments and other issues by coordinating with the customer.
- Process and follow up on warranty claims. Potentially including shipment of parts to the warranty agent.
- Weekly deposits of any payments received at the location branch.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
