Summary

Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Marketing is responsible for developing marketing strategies and leading the marketing communications team to deliver effective campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth. The director mentors and coaches managers and their teams to leverage best practices and use data to achieve established goals and operational excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive and support business strategies with brand decisions, message development, and campaign design.
  • Translate strategy into actionable and effective marketing activities.
  • Partner with corporate marketing leadership to align with corporate brand and goals.
  • Direct marketing strategy across digital channels, events, and print to amplify brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Develop relevant content and activities that accelerate sales cycles and improve win rates.
  • Manage change that drives team growth, market expansion, and regional representation.
  • Champion and secure results and budget tracking in collaboration with Marketing Operations and Finance functions.
  • Partner with internal marketing services and external agency partners to execute marketing initiatives.

  • Essential Supervisory Responsibilities

    Supervises employees in the Marketing department, carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

    Required Job Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive responsibility managing global B2B marketing teams in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Creative storyteller with a practiced eye for design.
  • Established reputation for planning, metric development, analysis, and project management.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Operating familiarity with CRM functionality and project management software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Preferred Job Qualifications

  • MBA.
  • Experience marketing direct and through distribution partners.
  • Experience marketing highly engineered products to diverse market segments.
  • Travel Requirements

    15% travel.
