Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Accountable To: General Manager
Responsible For: All aspects of physical and administrative responsibly pertaining to inventory. Ensuring the intake of all inbounds are received in spec per SOP guidelines. Leading End of Month and End of Year Inventory Audits, a team of forklift operators.
Location: Required to work temperature-controlled rooms, freezer, and dry storage on site.
Schedule: 40-50 hours per week. The Warehouse Supervisor should be available and flexible to work weekends, overtime, double-time and some holidays if needed.
Job Summary:
The Coldtrack Warehouse Supervisor is a highly visible key role with a strong background in data retrieval and analytics to support growth of all e-commence accounts. The Warehouse Manager has a natural ability to lead, has a strong eye for detail, can provide quick and strategic solutions, ability execute large scale plans, adapt to sudden changes, manage difficult and complex challenges, and work collaboratively with excellent oral and written communication skills. The Warehouse Supervisor must have a positive attitude and extreme determination in order for Coldtrack, Indianapolis Site to scale one of the largest and fastest-growing order fulfillment sites on the Midwest coast of the United States. This staff member at their core needs to value customer satisfaction and is available to work outside of the typical 9-5, Monday-Friday working hours. This job will require some nights and weekends and potential responsibilities not listed below.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of inventory management, including inbound verification process.
- Train, grow and lead a team of forklift operators.
- Responsible for all aspects of PM’s for forklifts, pallet jacks, facility continuous improvement.
- Maintain the highest accuracy of WMS reporting to match real-time physical inventory.
- Focused on continuous improvement, process controls, performance metrics, customer complaint resolution, and manage the voice of the customer feedback pertaining to all perishable and packaging inventory.
- Communicate data needs and findings with operations team.
- Work with operations to maintain and improve FIFO flow of physical inventory.
- Oversee the issuance of statistical or detailed reporting to our order fulfillment clients as requested.
- Process and correct miscellaneous accounting issues pertaining to inventory and warehouse receipts.
- Analyze inventory data to ensure the operation process is executed to specification.
- Month-end inventory audits and the operational organization to execute on time and correctly.

Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years experience and evidence of exceptional ability in inventory management.
- Proven exhibition of servant-style leadership.
- Mastery of data access and manipulation across WMS databases.
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel, MAVES other database systems.
- Basic knowledge of accounting functions and relative information retrieval.
- Safety conscious.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong forklift operating skills, both sit down and stand up.
- Strong people skills and team development attitude.
- Accurately document inventory movements.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to operate sit down forklift or stand up equipment for extended periods of time.
- Ability to safely climb into & out of equipment.
- Walking on concrete floors for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform general activities that may occur in a warehouse environment.
Work Environment:
Busy warehouse movement with controlled climate storage as well as outdoor storage exposed to the elements. Depending on what specific project or task, forklift operator may be required to wear freezer PPE.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
