Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with crew members and ensure accountability in time management, job quality, and equipment care.
- Enforce labor and material budgets within job scope production.
- Participate in the hiring process and conduct team member evaluations.
- Utilize coaching opportunities and enforce corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead weekly safety meetings and daily meetings with foremen.
- Develop processes, procedures, and training for job skills.
- Maintain crew structures based on employee abilities and performance.
- Oversee weekly scheduling and planning, and conduct property evaluations.
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide daily reports to the Account Manager on scheduling, employee status, and equipment needs.
Work Environment
This role requires the ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, climb, and kneel, as well as frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. The position involves regular exposure to various weather conditions and potential physical hazards, including noise, fumes, and dirt from equipment operation. The role requires routine use of heavy machinery and landscaping tools, as well as frequent day travel within the company’s service area.

- 3 years of lawn care experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proven organizational, time management, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of vehicles and landscaping equipment.
