Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and support throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values in the area.
- Prepare and present property listings using various marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or renters.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate law and administrative procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
- Organize property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the industry, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and property managers.
Experience
- Previous experience in real estate administration or as a Real Estate Agent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
